Lamb and Wine Festival > May 17th
This year the traditional lamb festival is joined by the participation of Médoc’s wines. (Flocks of spring lamb passing through the town, mass, parade, inductions, lamb feast, shearing, and sheep dog displays; also, wine tasting, regional gastronomic market, etc.)

Les Estivales de Musiques in the heart of the Médoc > from July 2nd to 16th

Music and Wine (Pauillac) > August 8th
A free jazz concert and wine tasting in the gardens of the Wine and Tourism Center of Pauillac starting at 6:00. Food served on site (grilled steak).
A magical moment for lovers of good jazz and great wine. An open-air concert on the banks of the estuary, with wines served by the Médoc’s winemakers. The Gironde Livestock Breeders will be present to prepare and serve grilled steaks.
1st part of the evening: the group Mangy Dem Taf Taf.
2nd part of the evening: “The Gardens of Jazz” with the Alain Coyral Quartet (presenting a repertoire of their creations highlighting explorations in modern jazz based on often surprising rhythms and improvisations that range from traditional to “free party”).

SEPTEMBER
Médoc Marathon (in Pauillac and its surroundings)> September 12th
8,500 runners, many in costume, cover a 42,195 km course which takes them through the vineyards of more than 50 châteaux and numerous tasting stands.
