The medieval tower of Château La Tour Carnet, one of the oldest properties in Médoc, houses the treasures of troubadours and the spirit of Michel de Montaigne and La Boétie. Built in the 12th century, this iconic castle with shimmering moats and drawbridge is linked to the history of France. Viticulture flourished from the 16th century, and the exceptional quality of its wine elevated Château La Tour Carnet to the status of Grand Cru Classé in 1855.
